Dear Parents, Guardians and Caregivers:
Booking an interview for the upcoming Parent-Teacher Interviews on Thursday, November 16th will be done online again!

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held at the school on Thursday November 16th from 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Appointments will be booked using PowerSchool, our Student Information System. To schedule your appointment please follow the instructions below. You will be able to schedule
appointments until Thursday, November 16th at 12:00 pm. Paper copy instructions to be sent home November 8th
If you have ALREADY CREATED AN ACCOUNT:
Login to the Parent Portal Account at www.wellingtoncdsb.ca and click the Parent tab and followed by Parent/Teacher Interviews.
If you have another student at St Paul Catholic School, you can add them to your account using their Access ID.

If you NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
1. Visit www.wellingtoncdsb.ca & click the Parents tab followed by Parent/Teacher Interviews.
You will be taken to the PowerSchool Parent Portal Sign In page.
2. Click Create Account tab and then click the Create Account button.
3. Complete the Create Parent Account. Then, using the information (provided in papercopy - sent home November 8th), enter the Student Name,
Access ID & Access Password. Click the Enter button.
Following the instructions on the Parent-Teacher Interview page, book your interviews online. Please remember to leave plenty of travel time between interviews. You can also modify or cancel an interview online. Instructions are found on the Parent-Teacher Interview page.
If you forget your Username or Password, click the Forgot Username or Password? link on the Student and Parent Sign In page to recover your account information.
We hope you find the online booking a convenient way to schedule interviews with your child’s Teachers. Please book your interviews by November 16th at 12 pm. We look forward to meeting you on Thursday, November 16th.
